Class times are on the schedule above. We update it every week, so holiday hours and any changes show up there.

Boxing

Built on the fundamentals. Technical instruction, bag work, partner drills and conditioning, in a room where everyone trains together. Brand new or years in, you get coached at your level. Gloves are here to borrow; bring your own hand wraps for hygiene and comfort, or buy a pair on site.

Youth Boxing — Ages 6–12

A structured introduction to boxing for young athletes, built around technique, fitness, discipline, confidence and sportsmanship. No experience required. Gloves are here to borrow; hand wraps are available on site.

Teen Boxing — Ages 13–17

A high-energy class for ages 13 to 17. Fundamentals, technique, footwork, conditioning and partner drills, plus the discipline, focus and respect that carry outside the gym. No experience necessary, all levels welcome.

Women's Boxing

A women-only class led by a female coach, built around boxing fundamentals, technique, partner drills and conditioning for a full-body workout. No experience required — all levels are welcome, from your first class to sharpening technique you already have.

Rounds & Reps

A high-energy conditioning class that pairs boxing rounds with strength and functional training for a full-body workout. You move through a circuit of bag work, cardio intervals and strength exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and other training tools. Expect to punch, lift, push, pull and work. All levels welcome. No boxing experience required.

Amateur Team

Competitive Olympic-style boxing for athletes chasing amateur competition. Technical development, tactics, conditioning, sparring preparation and team work. Coach approval required.

Amateur Team Sparring

Dedicated sparring for active members of the amateur team. Controlled, coach-supervised rounds aimed at development, ring IQ and competition preparation.

Technical Sparring Fundamentals

A controlled, beginner-friendly sparring class focused on timing, distance, defence and composure — technical, not competitive. Built for members with a solid grasp of the fundamentals. Coach approval required; mouth guard, headgear and 16 oz sparring gloves are mandatory. No membership covers this class. The $15 drop-in is the only way in, every session.

Open Gym

Independent training time for members. The bags, strength and conditioning equipment and floor space, to work your own program outside class hours.

Open Gym hours may be adjusted for classes, sparring, events and competition training.
