One on one
Private Training
Coaching built around you, not the room.
One coach, one boxer
Private training is one coach and one boxer. No class to keep pace with, no waiting your turn on the pads. The session is yours, and what you do with it is up to you.
People book it for all kinds of reasons. Plenty are brand new and would rather learn to throw a punch before walking into a full class. Others have trained for years and want a coach watching one thing closely — a jab that keeps dropping, footwork that falls apart the moment someone pushes back. And if you already come to classes, private sessions are simply more time in the gym, aimed at whatever you decide.
Who you’ll train with
Private sessions are run by the same coaches who lead our classes. They’re all on the regular schedule too, and the live calendar has an instructor filter if you want to see what someone is running this week.
